In Today’s Episode Anupama struggles with her feelings over Meenu and Sagar’s relationship. While Dolly and Leela try to pressure Meenu to end things with Sagar, Anuj encourages Anupama to support the young couple’s love. The episode ends with Anuj proposing marriage to Anupama, who refuses due to her past trauma….. Scene 1: Anupama’s Feelings of Unappreciation
The episode begins with Anupama sitting down with Anuj, sharing how she feels. She tells him that no matter how hard she tries to make everyone happy, no one seems to care. This feeling of being unappreciated is something she has been dealing with for a long time. She feels like she is constantly being tested, and no matter how much she does for others, she is always the one who has to face the hardships.
Anupama wonders aloud, saying, “Why do I always have to suffer when I’ve never done anything wrong to anyone?” She looks hurt and confused, trying to understand why things keep going wrong in her life even though she does her best to be kind and do the right thing.
She then brings up the fact that everyone, including Anuj, hid the truth about Meenu and Sagar’s relationship from her. She feels deeply betrayed because she believed that they trusted her, but keeping something so important hidden made her question everything. Anupama says, “Meenu and Sagar did wrong by not telling me the truth.” She believes if they had shared the truth earlier, she could have helped them and supported them in the right way. Anupama feels upset and blames Meenu and Sagar for creating this situation by not being open with her.
Scene 2: Anuj’s Question to Anupama
Anuj listens carefully to Anupama’s complaints. After hearing everything, he softly asks her, “Are you upset because Meenu and Sagar have fallen in love without asking for your permission first?” Anupama, who was already feeling overwhelmed, is stunned by this question. She wasn’t expecting Anuj to ask her that. For a moment, she doesn’t know how to respond, but it is clear that she didn’t think of it that way.
Scene 3: Dolly’s Decision to End the Love Story
Meanwhile, in another part of the house, Dolly has made up her mind that she will not let Meenu and Sagar continue their love story. She decides to get Meenu married to someone else, thinking that it’s the only way to stop this relationship from going any further.
Leela also steps in and warns Meenu. She tells her in a strict voice, “Don’t even think about Sagar anymore.” Leela is very clear in her stance, believing that ending this love story is the best thing for Meenu. Both Dolly and Leela are determined to break Meenu and Sagar apart.
Scene 4: Anuj Defends Meenu and Sagar
While Dolly and Leela are making plans to stop the relationship, Anuj tries to make Anupama understand the other side of the situation. He tells her, “Meenu and Sagar are from the new generation. They have the right to choose who they love.” He explains to Anupama that love cannot always be controlled by society or family. Despite the fact that Meenu and Sagar come from different backgrounds, their love for each other should not be ignored.
Anuj continues to defend the young couple, saying, “Even though there are differences in their social status, they are still in love, and they should be allowed to follow their hearts.” He asks Anupama to try to understand Meenu and Sagar’s feelings. He hopes that Anupama will see the situation differently and support them instead of standing against their relationship.
Scene 5: Sagar’s Fear and Worry
On the other hand, Sagar is feeling very anxious about the whole situation. He is worried that Anupama will cut ties with him because of the secret relationship. Bala, seeing Sagar so stressed, tries to comfort him and tells him to stay calm. But Sagar cannot help feeling nervous about what will happen next.
Adding to Sagar’s anxiety, Paritosh and Pakhi also start causing trouble. They begin to make fun of the situation by saying that Meenu’s profile should be put on a matrimonial website to find her a new groom. This makes Sagar very upset, and he snaps back, saying, “No one can love Meenu the way I do.” Sagar feels that only he can truly give Meenu the respect and love she deserves.
Paritosh tries to get under his skin further by saying, “Anupama will never support your relationship with Meenu.” But Sagar stands firm. Despite his worries, he says that he will respect whatever decision Anupama makes, even if it means the end of his relationship with Meenu.
Scene 6: Anupama Weighs the Situation
Anupama, after listening to everything, reflects on the matter. She feels torn. On one hand, she understands why Dolly, as a mother, is not wrong for rejecting Sagar. Dolly is only thinking about what is best for her daughter. However, Anupama also knows that Meenu’s feelings cannot be ignored.
Anuj steps in once again and tells Anupama that Dolly should not overlook how much Meenu and Sagar love each other. He firmly believes that they have the right to choose each other, regardless of what anyone else thinks. Anupama acknowledges that the family’s consent is important, but she is starting to see Anuj’s point.
Scene 7: Dolly and Leela Pressuring Meenu
Meanwhile, Dolly continues to press Meenu to forget about her love marriage with Sagar. She tells her daughter to stop thinking about it altogether. Leela also tries to make Meenu understand that love marriages don’t usually work out. She firmly believes that the best thing for Meenu is to have an arranged marriage.
But Meenu stands her ground and argues back, “Even arranged marriages don’t always work!” Meenu is determined not to give in to the pressure. She tells them that if they keep forcing her, she will run away, just like Adhya did when she was in a similar situation. Meenu is not ready to give up on her love for Sagar, no matter how much her family tries to convince her otherwise.
Scene 8: Anuj’s Proposal to Anupama
Feeling overwhelmed by the ongoing family drama, Anupama turns to Anuj and asks him to help her clear her mind. Anuj, seeing how stressed she is, takes a bold step and confesses his love for her. He even goes as far as asking Anupama to marry him. This comes as a surprise to Anupama, who wasn’t expecting such a proposal.
Meanwhile, Paritosh and Pakhi, instead of focusing on the serious family matters, are thinking about jewelry. Kinjal sees this and scolds them for being so selfish. She tells them that they should be ashamed of themselves, warning them that if they don’t behave, Anupama will surely teach them a lesson.
Scene 9: Anupama’s Painful Memories
Anupama, still reeling from the proposal, starts thinking about her painful past. All the traumatic memories of her previous marriage come flooding back, and because of this, she tells Anuj that she cannot marry him. The pain from her past makes it too difficult for her to consider marrying again.
But Anuj is patient and understanding. He gently explains to Anupama the importance of marriage and how it could bring them happiness, despite everything they’ve been through.
