This luxurious beverage was launched at the Jimmydixs Restaurant and Lounge, located in the Barcelo Hotel, Al Jaddaf. The innovative concept was brought to life by Sucheta Sharma, the founder of the Boho Cafe Group UAE, who aimed to elevate the non-alcoholic drink experience to new heights.
A Unique Culinary Creation
The extravagant mocktail, crafted by Bar Manager Fredrick, combines a variety of premium ingredients, including fresh cranberry and pomegranate juice, sea salt, sparkling water, mint leaves, and a lavish touch of 24 Karat edible gold dust. The drink is served in a handcrafted pure silver glass, which guests can take home as a collectible. “We didn’t just want to serve a drink; we wanted to give our guests a moment of luxury they could own,” said Sucheta Sharma. This mocktail is not only a drink but a symbol of prestige and craftsmanship, perfectly suited for Dubai’s opulent atmosphere.
The drink’s luxurious presentation is complemented by its unique ingredients, including EU-certified 24 Karat edible gold flakes and gold dust. The combination of flavors and the artistic presentation aims to create a memorable experience for guests, making it more than just a beverage.
