5 OTT Characters We Can’t Wait to See Again: Zoya Hussain in Hunkkaar 2 and Chandan Roy Sanyal in Aashram 4 Among Them

A successful OTT show often leaves audiences deeply invested in its characters long after the season concludes. While new seasons introduce fresh storylines and conflicts, the return of familiar faces is equally significant, especially when their arcs remain unresolved. Several Indian web series are set to return with new seasons, allowing beloved characters to explore different facets of their personalities. Here’s a look at five characters whose next chapters viewers are eagerly anticipating.

Shivani’s Dilemma in Hunkkaar: The Roar 2

Zoya Hussain’s character, Shivani, is poised for a pivotal role in the upcoming season of Hunkkaar: The Roar. The first season concluded with her father, Guruji, an influential spiritual leader, being sent to jail. This development places Shivani at a crucial juncture in the narrative.

With her father behind bars, viewers are left questioning her next steps. “Will she take responsibility for his empire and continue his legacy, or distance herself from his influence?” Her choices could introduce a new dimension to the show’s exploration of power, influence, and family dynamics.

Kuber Tripathi’s Return in Dupahiya 3

Avinash Dwivedi’s Kuber Tripathi is another character audiences are excited to see again in Dupahiya 2. Set in the fictional village of Dhadakpur, the series blends small-town humor with wedding-related complications and village politics.

Kuber’s interactions with the other residents contribute significantly to the ensemble-driven storytelling. With the second season bringing back the characters, his relationships and involvement in the village’s everyday chaos could provide more opportunities for humor and engaging narratives.

Firoz’s Evolution in Farzi 2

Bhuvan Arora’s Firoz plays a crucial role in Farzi, particularly due to his partnership with Sunny, portrayed by Shahid Kapoor. The duo is involved in the counterfeit currency business, with their friendship being a key element of the crime thriller.

Firoz’s easygoing nature and chemistry with Sunny offer moments of levity amid the show’s tense atmosphere. As the second season unfolds, it will be intriguing to see how their partnership evolves, especially as the risks associated with their business escalate.

Bhopa Swami’s Loyalty in Aashram Season 4

Chandan Roy Sanyal’s Bhopa Swami has been a significant character in Aashram. As Baba Nirala’s trusted aide, Bhopa is recognized for his loyalty, ambition, and adeptness at navigating power dynamics.

His relationship with Baba Nirala has been central to numerous developments in the series. With another season on the horizon, Bhopa’s position within the ashram and his relationship with his master present opportunities for further conflict. “Whether he continues to stand by Baba Nirala or begins prioritizing his own interests remains an interesting possibility.”

Dr. Gargi’s Journey in Gram Chikitsalay Season 3

Akansha Ranjan Kapoor’s Dr. Gargi offers a unique perspective in Gram Chikitsalay. Her character faces the challenges of working in a rural healthcare setting, providing insight into the realities of medical practice beyond urban hospitals.

The series delves into the everyday difficulties encountered by healthcare professionals in smaller communities. With the next season, Dr. Gargi’s professional journey and her adaptation to rural life could be explored further, along with her interactions with the local population, which may lead to new developments.

As these shows prepare to revisit familiar worlds, the return of these characters offers audiences a chance to witness how their journeys have evolved. Whether through new conflicts, changing relationships, or unresolved storylines, there is ample opportunity for these performances to unfold in exciting new ways.
