Apart from this, Sitara Devi also has ‘Padmashree’ and ‘Kalidas Samman’ in her account, which shows her true dedication and hard work towards Kathak. Death Anniversary

Lochan Prasad Pandey (4 January 1887 โ 8 November 1959) was a famous Hindi litterateur. He has also composed poetry in both Hindi and Oriya languages. From the year 1905, his poems started appearing in ‘Saraswati’ and other monthly magazines. Some of the works of Lochan Prasad Pandey are in the form of storytelling and some are retail. He was also a member of ‘Bhartendu Sahitya Samiti’. He had a special reputation among the litterateurs of Madhya Pradesh. Even today his name is taken with great respect. In the year 1923, Lochan Prasad Ji established ‘Chhattisgarh Gaurav Pracharak Mandali’, which later came to be called ‘Mahakaushal Itihasa Parishad’. Lochan Prasad Pandey was simple and sincere. Their behavior was cordial. He inspired the readers to uplift the character through his writings. At that time the preacher’s work was also not like today with the help of literature, so his writings generated interest in the readers towards restraint. He was a respected member of ‘Bhartendu Sahitya Samiti’. There is great respect, respect, and prestige towards them in Madhya Pradesh. He Died on 8 November 1959.
Bommireddy Narasimha Reddy (16 November 1908 – Died: 8 November 1977), was a famous film director of Telugu cinema. He was awarded the highest award of Indian cinema ‘Dada Saheb Phalke Samman’ in 1974 for his unprecedented contribution to cinema. Bomireddy Narasimha Reddy’s younger brother B. Nagi Reddy was also a famous film producer-director. He received many awards including ‘The Padma Bhushan’, and ‘Dada Saheb Phalke Awards’. He died on 8 November 1977.
