Kumkum Bhagya written Update: Purvi’s Bold Plan
The episode starts with Purvi telling RV that she wants him to do something about Neha. Khushi asks Purvi what she’s planning. Purvi says she’s trying to arrange RV’s marriage with Neha. Khushi is surprised and asks why. Purvi explains that she needs to find out what Neha is up to. She believes that only by doing this, they can solve their problem.
RV doesn’t agree with Purvi’s plan because he thinks it’s too risky. He tells Purvi that she’s creating distance between them. But Purvi clarifies that she’s just asking him to pretend that he’s going to marry Neha. She says they will back out on the wedding day. Purvi then asks RV if he trusts her. RV nods, showing he does. Purvi reassures him that she won’t let anything happen to him and won’t let anyone come between them.
Purvi then tells Khushi that they should leave because a new drama is about to start to uncover Neha’s truth. Khushi tells Purvi that she should go to Armaan and suggests Purvi go. Purvi agrees and tells Khushi that she trusts RV more than herself.

Meanwhile, Jasbir manages to escape from Sahil, gets into his car, and drives away. Sahil then confronts Neha, asking what kind of relationship she has with Jasbir. He points out that she didn’t open the door when Jasbir was at her home. Neha asks Sahil to let her explain, but Sahil refuses to listen. He tells Neha that everything between them is over and that he’s leaving her. Yug and Diya witness this argument and see Sahil breaking up with Neha before he drives off. They realize that Sahil is Neha’s boyfriend. Neha is left crying on the road.
Purvi notices RV deep in thought and asks him what he’s thinking about. RV admits that he’s thinking about her. He wonders why she’s being so kind to him, even though he hasn’t treated her well. Purvi responds that she knows he’s been through a lot, and the family members think he’s in this situation because of her since she couldn’t help him out of it. She mentions that Khushi also thinks he’s forcing a divorce, which is why she’s angry with him.
RV and Khushi’s Complicated Past
Purvi then tells RV that Khushi is a good person, but she has a bad temper. RV disagrees and says that Khushi isn’t a good person. Purvi asks RV if he dislikes Khushi because of what happened between them in the past. She adds that Khushi told her they knew each other before and shares what Khushi said. RV realizes that Khushi hasn’t told Purvi the whole truth, so he decides to tell her the real story. Just then, Yug and Diya come to RV and Purvi, saying there’s a big problem.
In another scene, Jasbir’s men are seen tending to his wound. Jasbir receives a call from Neha, who argues with him for not standing up to Sahil. She’s upset because Sahil now thinks there’s something going on between her and Jasbir. Jasbir reassures Neha that he would never have an affair with her because he loves Purvi. Neha makes a comment about Jasbir and then hangs up.

Yug and Diya inform Purvi and RV that Neha had a big fight with her boyfriend, and they saw them arguing on the road. They also reveal that Neha’s boyfriend broke up with her. Purvi tells RV that this is a big problem for them. She explains that she was sure Neha wouldn’t marry RV because she loved her boyfriend, but now, she’s not so sure.
Monisha, who overheard their conversation, meets with Jasbir and Neha. She reveals that she understands why Purvi agreed to sign the divorce papers so easily. Monisha explains that Purvi knew Neha wouldn’t marry RV because she loved her boyfriend, which is why she announced that RV and Neha would get married, forcing Neha to run away. Jasbir praises Purvi for her cleverness, but Monisha points out a new problem. She says that Purvi wouldn’t have signed the divorce papers if she knew Neha had broken up with her boyfriend. Monisha then suggests that Neha should make Purvi believe she has patched things up with her boyfriend. Only then will Purvi sign the divorce papers. Jasbir praises Monisha’s idea, and Neha agrees to it.
Back at the Malhotra mansion, Monisha notices Harleen looking sad and asks why. Harleen reminds Monisha that if Neha becomes the daughter-in-law of this house, she will make everyone’s life miserable.
