First-of-Its-Kind Underwater Road Tunnel Beneath Brahmaputra in Assam Poised for Cabinet Approval

Sarma highlighted the inspiration behind the project, referencing the Atal Tunnel in Jammu and Kashmir, which successfully navigates mountainous terrain.
