Cabinet Extends IVFRT 3.0 Scheme for Five More Years to Enhance Immigration Efficiency and Safety
The Union Cabinet has approved the continuation of the Immigration, Visa, Foreigners Registration and Tracking (IVFRT) scheme for an additional five years, starting from April 1, 2026. With a budget allocation of Rs 1,800 crore, this initiative aims to enhance border management and improve services for legitimate foreign travelers.
