Upcoming IPO Surge: 11 Companies Set to Raise Rs 7,055 Crore from Investors

India’s primary market is set for a bustling week, with 11 main-board IPOs aiming to raise a total of Rs 7,055 crore from September 7 to September 15. The upcoming offerings span various sectors, including real estate, engineering, manufacturing, specialty chemicals, payments, identity solutions, and online rentals. Notable participants include Rentomojo, Karamtara Engineering, and Kanohar Electricals. Most IPOs are scheduled to open on Tuesday and Wednesday, starting with Pranav Constructions on September 7.

The Rs 7,055 crore fundraising will primarily consist of stake sales by existing shareholders, with fresh capital accounting for Rs 2,722 crore, or 39% of the total. Rajkumar Rathi, Chief Investment Officer at YES Securities, noted that this trend reflects a strong desire to secure early-stage growth equity in companies with market caps below USD 1 billion at listing. He added that the mobilization indicates robust corporate confidence and liquidity in the Indian primary market.

For companies raising fresh capital, the funds will be directed towards business expansion, capital expenditure, debt repayment, working capital needs, and other corporate purposes. This wave of IPOs follows the recent launches of Rays of Belief and Deepa Jewellers on September 1, bringing the total number of IPOs in 2026 to an anticipated 75, including 23 from August.

This IPO includes a fresh issue of Rs 315.6 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 28.57 lakh shares worth Rs 35.43 crore. Three additional companies are set to enter the market on September 8.
