Seven Companies Preparing to Enter the Primary Market Next Week
The IPO market in India is set for a busy week, with seven companies planning to launch public offerings from August 17 to 21. Collectively, these firms aim to raise over Rs 6,400 crore. The upcoming IPOs include Horizon Industrial Parks, Lalithaa Jewellery Mart, Shankesh Jewellers, Sunshine Pictures, Gaja Alternative Asset Management, Tempsens Instruments, and Augmont Enterprises.
Horizon, Lalithaa to open IPOs on August 17
Horizon Industrial Parks and Lalithaa Jewellery Mart will kick off the week with their IPOs on August 17. Horizon seeks to raise Rs 2,600 crore through a fresh issue priced between Rs 57 and Rs 60 per share, with plans to use the funds for debt repayment. Lalithaa Jewellery Mart aims for Rs 1,700 crore, offering a price band of Rs 190 to Rs 201 per share. Its offering includes a fresh issue of up to Rs 1,200 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to Rs 500 crore.
Shankesh Jewellers, Sunshine Pictures next in line
On August 18, Shankesh Jewellers and Sunshine Pictures will enter the market. Shankesh Jewellers plans to raise Rs 367 crore, with a price band set at Rs 88 to Rs 93 per share. The IPO consists of a fresh issue of up to 2.95 crore equity shares and an OFS of up to 1 crore equity shares. Sunshine Pictures aims to raise Rs 282 crore, offering shares at a price band of Rs 342 to Rs 360. Its issue includes a fresh offering of 48 lakh equity shares and an OFS of 30.37 lakh equity shares.
Gaja Capital, Tempsens follow
Gaja Alternative Asset Management will launch its Rs 550-crore IPO on August 19, with a price band of Rs 152 to Rs 160 per share. The offering includes a fresh issue of up to Rs 450 crore and an OFS of up to Rs 100 crore. Tempsens Instruments will follow on August 20, seeking to raise Rs 95 crore through a fresh issue and an OFS of 1.85 crore shares. The price band for this IPO will be announced on Monday.
Augmont to close week’s IPO calendar
The week will conclude with Augmont Enterprises on August 21, aiming to raise Rs 825 crore through a combination of a Rs 620-crore fresh issue and an OFS of Rs 205 crore. The price band for Augmont’s offering will be disclosed on Tuesday. The proceeds from these fresh issues are intended for business expansion, capital expenditure, and debt repayment, while funds from the OFS will benefit the selling shareholders. The IPO pipeline remains active, with Skyways Air Services planning a Rs 583-crore issue on August 24.
