This package includes all items from the Standard Combo, plus additional accessories like two multifunctional battery cases, an adjustable quick-release adapter mount, and a 1.2-meter invisible selfie stick. Customers can purchase the DJI Osmo 360 through the official website and authorized retail partners.
Features and Specifications
The DJI Osmo 360 is equipped with a 1-inch rectangular HDR sensor that optimizes sensor utilization by eliminating unused areas found in traditional sensors. This 1/1.1-inch CMOS image sensor features a f/1.9 aperture, allowing for a high dynamic range of up to 13.5 stops and larger pixel sizes. These enhancements enable the camera to record videos in stunning 8K resolution at 50 frames per second (fps) natively. Users can also shoot continuously in 8K at 30 fps for up to 100 minutes.
Additionally, the camera offers a single-lens mode that captures 5K video at 60 fps with a 155-degree field of view (FoV). For those looking to expand their perspective, the Boost Video mode increases the FoV to 170 degrees, although this reduces the recording quality to 4K at 120 fps. The Osmo 360 supports up to 4x slow-motion video recording and can capture 360-degree still images at an impressive 120-megapixel resolution. Notably, the camera automatically removes the Invisible Selfie Stick from footage, providing a seamless third-person point of view. Photos are saved in JPEG format, while videos are stored in OSV and MP4 (HEVC) formats.
Battery Life and Control Features
The DJI Osmo 360 features built-in gesture and voice controls, allowing users to operate the camera hands-free. It comes with 128GB of internal storage, of which 105GB is usable, and supports expansion via a microSD card. The camera is designed to function in temperatures ranging from -20 degrees Celsius to 40 degrees Celsius.
Powering the device is a 1,950mAh battery, which is claimed to provide over 1.5 hours of video recording in cold conditions. At 8K 30 fps, the battery lasts for up to 100 minutes, but users can extend this to 180 minutes by using the Osmo 360 Battery Extension Rod, which is sold separately. With its robust features and capabilities, the DJI Osmo 360 aims to cater to the needs of both amateur and professional content creators.
