Vaali (29 October 1931 – 18 July 2013), an Indian poet and lyricist whose works were in Tamil, had a five-decade long association with the Tamil film industry, wrote over 15,000 songs. He acted in numerous of films, including Sathya, Hey Ram, Paarthale Paravasam and Poikkal Kudhirai. He was honoured with the Padma Shri, India’s fourth highest civilian honour in 2007 by the Government of India. He was born on 29 October 1931 in Srirangam, Tiruchirappalli District, Madras Presidency, British India.

Konidela Nagendra Babu (born 29 October 1961) is a prominent figure in the Telugu film industry, known for his acting and production work. He has played key roles in numerous films and is the brother of actors Chiranjeevi and Pawan Kalyan.

Vijender Kumar Singh, a well-known Indian professional boxer. He started boxing in his childhood with Bhiwani Boxing Club. Under the supervision of coach Jagdish Singh, Vijender Singh is the first Indian boxer in the history of the Indian Olympics to win a bronze medal in a boxing event. Vijender Singh was born on 29 October 1985 in Kaluwas village (Bhiwani district), Haryana.

Kriti Kharbanda (born 29 October 1988) is an Indian film actress who began her career with Telugu and Kannada films before making her mark in Bollywood. She is recognized for her performances in films like ‘Shaadi Mein Zaroor Aana’ and ‘Housefull 4’.

Govind Vasantha (born 29 October 1988) is an Indian musician and film score composer, best known for his work in Tamil cinema. His work in the film ’96’ received widespread acclaim and showcased his talent in music direction.
