Visit to Tirumala Temple

On September 25, Shri CP Radhakrishnan visited the revered Tirumala Temple, where he had darshan of Lord Venkateswara. He prayed for the well-being of all citizens during this sacred visit. The Vice-President also inaugurated the newly constructed Pilgrim Amenities Centre (PAC) named โ€˜Venkatadri Nilayamโ€™ at Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD). The inauguration of this facility underscores the government’s commitment to enhancing the pilgrimage experience for devotees.

Features of Venkatadri Nilayam

The โ€˜Venkatadri Nilayamโ€™ is a modern, five-storied facility designed to accommodate thousands of devotees visiting the shrine daily. Each floor consists of six spacious halls, with the inaugurated level featuring four dormitories and two Bal Mundan halls. The building includes 600 lockers, ensuring the safe storage of devotees’ belongings, with 150 lockers available in each dormitory.
