Saatvik Green Energy’s Subsidiary Lands ₹13.80 Crore Solar Supply Contract
In a significant development for the renewable energy sector, Saatvik Green Energy Limited has announced that its subsidiary, Saatvik Solar Industries Private Limited, has successfully secured a contract valued at ₹13.80 crores. This order comes from a prominent Independent Power Producer (IPP) and Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) player, focusing on the supply of advanced solar photovoltaic (PV) modules. The project is set for completion by February 2026, further solidifying Saatvik’s reputation in a competitive market.

The contract is part of a series of recent achievements by Saatvik Green Energy, further enhancing its standing in the market. Noteworthy recent milestones include a ₹20.84 crore turnkey solar EPC contract secured by its subsidiary, Saatvik Cleantech EPC Private Limited. Additionally, the company landed a substantial solar module order worth ₹486 crores from another well-known IPP/EPC entity, along with solar pump contracts nearing ₹30.24 crores under the PM-KUSUM scheme from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd. (MSEDCL).
In line with its strategic goals, Saatvik has also commissioned a 2 GW in-house EPE film manufacturing facility, bolstering vertical integration and advancing the ‘Make in India’ initiative.
