Scene 1: Jhanak’s Protective Nature
“I’ll go with Choton to drop Arshi home,” Jhanak said to Aniruddh firmly. Arshi looked at Jhanak with a hint of bitterness. “Don’t worry, I won’t take Aniruddh with me,” she said. “You should trust him.” Jhanak shook her head. “That’s not why I’m worried,” she explained softly. “Oh? Are you afraid your parents will try to convince Aniruddh?” Arshi asked. “No, it’s not like that. Please trust me,” Jhanak pleaded. Arshi’s voice turned cold. “I did trust you. Look where that got me.” Aniruddh stepped in, telling Jhanak to go to her room. But Jhanak stood her ground. “You can’t go outside alone at this time,” she reminded him. “You promised to listen to me.” Choton offered to take Arshi home, but she refused. “I don’t need anyone,” she declared and walked away.
Scene 2: Family Reactions
In another part of the house, family members discussed the situation. Laal watched everything unfold, saying, “I’ve never seen a girl like Jhanak before.” Shubhankar made a dark prediction: “One day, Aniruddh will insult Jhanak in front of everyone.” Bipasha confronted Aniruddh directly. “Is Jhanak blackmailing you?” she demanded. Tanuja tried a gentler approach. “Share your problems with me,” she urged Aniruddh. “I’m fine,” Aniruddh assured them. Then he turned to Jhanak, explaining, “I can’t let Arshi go alone at this time.” Jhanak’s response was simple but caring: “Take care of yourself.” Aniruddh nodded and left to follow Arshi.
Scene 3: Aniruddh and Arshi’s Painful Conversation
Arshi thought about Aniruddh’s earlier words as they talked. “I’m helpless,” Aniruddh told her. “I want to fulfill my responsibility to you.” “I’m your responsibility, but Jhanak is your love,” Arshi replied sadly. “I’m sad because you’re leaving,” he admitted. “I don’t want to talk about this anymore,” Arshi said. “I don’t have any other choice,” he explained. “Just be quiet. I don’t want to talk to you,” she said firmly. Aniruddh promised to stay in touch, but Arshi rejected the idea. When she asked if he’d be happy marrying Jhanak, he said he’d feel relieved, hiding his true thoughts from her.
Scene 4: Family Confrontation
Srishti confronted Aniruddh angrily. “Is marriage a joke to you?” she demanded. Vinayak asked if Aniruddh couldn’t adjust with Arshi, but Arshi stopped him. “Everything is over. I’m tired,” Arshi announced. “Aniruddh wants to marry Jhanak. He wanted freedom from me, and I gave it to him.” Srishti called Aniruddh shameless, saying he’d never be happy. Vinayak expressed disappointment, hoping Aniruddh would realize his mistake. “I know I’m doing wrong,” Aniruddh admitted, “but I have no choice.”
Scene 5: Home Front Tensions
While this happened, Bipasha and Tanuja talked at home. “We can’t face anyone,” Bipasha said. “Arshi was the perfect daughter-in-law.” “Jhanak is misbehaving with everyone,” Tanuja added. “Let’s throw her out before Aniruddh returns.”
Scene 6: Hard Truths
Vinayak suggested Aniruddh could fulfill his duty to Jhanak while staying with Arshi. He pointed out how Arshi had put her career aside for Aniruddh. Arshi made a surprising revelation: “I’m not Aniruddh’s wife – we never completed the marriage rituals. He’s single because our marriage isn’t registered.” She asked her parents to accept this truth but blamed Jhanak for everything. The next morning, Aditya warned Aniruddh about Jhanak’s safety in Kolkata. “Kul Bhushan might change his mind after the marriage,” Aditya cautioned. “Jhanak has rights to fight,” Aniruddh replied, not knowing Jhanak was listening.
