Godrej Enterprises’ Locks & Architectural Solutions Achieves Remarkable Growth in 2025

Godrej Enterprises’ Locks & Architectural Solutions has reported impressive growth as it wraps up 2025, demonstrating resilience and innovation in the home safety and architectural hardware sectors. Targeting revenues of ₹1,400 crore for FY26, a notable increase from ₹1,250 crore in FY25, the company exhibits a robust year-on-year growth rate of 12–14%. This uptrend is attributed to a marked shift towards digital and interconnected solutions, coupled with sustained demand in residential, commercial, and fast-developing urban areas across India.

Strong Portfolio Performance and Digital Expansion

The company shows a steady performance across its diverse product range, with locks remaining a fundamental segment while Architectural Solutions rapidly evolves to meet the demands of modern interiors. Notably, digital locks have surged ahead as the fastest-growing category, boasting an annual growth rate of around 30%, outpacing traditional mechanical locks. This trend underscores the growing consumer inclination toward smart, keyless security solutions that prioritize convenience without compromising safety.

Diverse Product Offerings

Godrej’s extensive product lineup includes various mechanical locks such as padlocks, deadbolts, and shutter locks, alongside a growing selection of digital and connected locks. The Neo Digital Locks series, starting at ₹8,999, aims to democratize smart security access. These locks offer multiple modes of entry, including PIN codes, biometrics, and mobile app integration, as well as advanced features like anti-theft alarms and IoT connectivity. The premium GSLD1 model, known for its seven-in-one access capabilities and cloud integration, appeals to consumers seeking sophisticated security solutions.

Importance of E-Commerce and Consumer Education

E-commerce has become a vital component in the brand’s growth strategy, currently contributing approximately 3.5–4% of total revenue, with projections to leap to 11–12% by FY28. Godrej Locks is expanding its reach across over 13,000 PIN codes, establishing a strong omnichannel presence particularly in Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets.

Commitment to Safety Awareness

In alignment with its ongoing emphasis on safety education, Godrej has revitalized its Har Ghar Surakshit initiative for 2025. This year, the program introduced the “Accidental Invitation” campaign, addressing security risks associated with digital oversharing. The accompanying Accidental Invitation App assesses online behaviors, helping users cultivate safer digital habits. To date, the initiative has facilitated over 170,000 home safety assessments, reinforcing community engagement and consumer awareness.

Future Objectives

As it looks ahead, Godrej Locks & Architectural Solutions remains committed to doubling its revenues by 2028, aiming for ₹2,500 crore. With a focus on innovative product development and enhanced consumer engagement strategies, the brand is poised to significantly influence the smart home safety and architectural solutions landscape in India.
