For instance, the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) has utilized AI to enhance grievance resolution. Despite achieving a 95% grievance disposal rate, the need for human emotional intelligence remains crucial. Dr. Singh also discussed the government’s openness to collaborating with non-governmental players to tackle future technological challenges. He referred to the recently approved Bio e3 policy, which aims to help India adapt to global economic shifts. Additionally, the Anusandhan National Research Foundation (NRF) was mentioned as a means to reduce dependence on government funding. With nearly 60-70% of funding coming from private sources, this initiative encourages innovation and research.

The number of startups has surged from just 350 to nearly 1,900 in the past decade. Dr. Singh urged all stakeholders to work together to combat antisocial elements and vested interests.
