The black version features a dedicated Xbox button, while the white variant has a similar button without the Xbox logo. The purpose of the Xbox button on the black model remains uncertain, but it aligns with Microsoft’s efforts to enhance the Windows handheld gaming experience.
Powerful Specifications
The black variant of the ROG Ally 2 is expected to be equipped with an octa-core AMD Ryzen Z2 Extreme processor, boasting a power rating of 36W, along with 64GB of LPDDR5x-8533 RAM. In contrast, the white model will feature a less powerful AMD Aeirth Plus processor, rated at 20W, although details regarding its RAM capacity have not yet been disclosed. Both models will sport a 7-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate, promising smooth visuals for gaming enthusiasts. While leaked images showcase the screens of both models, they are currently turned off, leaving the software experience a mystery.

Asus previously teased the launch of a next-generation ROG Ally console, hinting at several hardware upgrades. However, the company did not confirm whether this would include the Xbox-branded device.
