The episode begins with Adhya telling Anuj that Anupama is gone. Anuj can’t believe it and refuses to accept that Anupama isn’t alive. He pleads with her to fight for her life and begs her to wake up, reminding her that she can’t leave him on his birthday. Titu tries to calm Anuj, saying that Anupama has passed away, but Anuj just can’t believe it. Titu does his best to comfort Anuj.
Then, something unbelievable happens—Anupama comes back to life. The doctors call it a miracle and tell Anuj, Hasmuk, and Titu the good news that Anupama is alive. Anuj believes it’s Kanhaji’s blessing. Meenu explains how Anupama woke up, using medical terms, but everyone is just thrilled that she’s okay. Bala shares that Anupama is no longer in danger, and Kinjal tells Leela that Anupama has been saved.

Anupama wonders if she was dreaming, but Anuj tells her that Kanhaji has truly blessed her. Anupama jokes that Kanhaji probably kept her alive because he knew she would give a long lecture. Anuj then promises to spend his life with her and tells her to say her favorite line. Anupama lovingly agrees that they will grow old together.

Adhya visits Anupama and apologizes to both her and Anuj. Hasmuk is relieved to see the family united again, and Adhya regrets having disrespected Anuj and Anupama. Anuj comforts Adhya, and then Hasmuk, Titu, Meenu, Sagar, and Paritosh all gather around Anupama. Hasmuk gets emotional seeing Anupama well again, and she assures everyone that she’s fine. Dimple looks over at Titu, and Bala and Indra exchange glances. Sagar and Meenu also share a moment, and Pakhi decides she will tell Vanraj about Sagar and Meenu’s relationship with proof.
