AMRIT UDYAN TO OPEN FOR PUBLIC FROM AUGUST 16

Amrit Udyan will open to the public from 16 August 2023 for one month (except Mondays), under the Udyan Utsav-II. On 5 September, it will be open exclusively to teachers on Teachers’ Day.

The Utsav-II Garden aims to show visitors the flowering of summer annuals.

Visitors can tour the gardens from 10am to 5pm (last entry 4pm). The entrance will take place from Gate n. 35 Rashtrapati Bhavan, near North Avenue.

Bookings can be made online from 7th August 2023 on Rashtrapati Bhavan website (https://visit.rashtrapatibhavan.gov.in/). Walk-in visitors can obtain passes from the Self Service Kiosks located near Gate No. 35. Admission to Amrit Udyan is free.

Amrit Udyan was opened this year from 29 January to 31 March under the Udyan Utsav โ€“ I which was visited by more than 10 lakh people.

Along with the Amrit Udyan, visitors can visit the Rashtrapati Bhavan Museum by booking their slots online at (https://visit.rashtrapatibhavan.gov.in/). State school students can visit the museum for free during Udyan Utsav-II.
