Air India Announces Non-Stop Flights to Rome Starting March 2026
Air India is set to reintroduce its non-stop flight service between Delhi and Rome, commencing on March 25, 2026. This marks the airline’s return to the Italian capital after a hiatus of nearly six years, following a suspension prompted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The four-times weekly service aims to enhance connectivity between India and Italy, catering to both leisure and business travelers.
Flight Schedule and Aircraft Details
Starting from March 25, Air India will operate flights on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, utilizing the Boeing 787-8 aircraft, known for its modern features and comfortable amenities. The flights will depart from Delhi at 1:15 PM, arriving in Rome at 6:00 PM. The return journey will leave Rome at 7:50 PM, landing back in Delhi at 9:00 AM the following day, ensuring convenient travel options for passengers.
