OSCE Chief Reports Russian Federation’s Violations of Helsinki Principles in Ukraine War to Security Council
By launching a war of aggression against Ukraine, Russia has violated the fundamental principles established in the Helsinki Final Act, according to Elina Valtonen, Finland’s Minister for Foreign Affairs and Chairperson-in-Office of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE).
