Scene 1: Abhira’s Heavy Heart and Vidya’s Determination
Abhira sits quietly, trying to keep her mind off sad thoughts. She looks at Akshara and whispers, “Why did God take so many things away? Why did He take Shivani from me?” Her voice trembles. She remembers happy days with Shivani and feels a deep ache inside. Akshara listens calmly, placing a gentle hand on Abhira’s shoulder. Just then, Vidya steps into the room. She notices Abhira’s sorrow and tries to lift her spirits. “Abhira, you still have a loving mother,” Vidya says softly. “You have people who care about you.” Abhira wipes a tear and nods, but she still feels sad. Vidya changes the topic. She says, “I think it’s time for Armaan to take over the Poddar firm’s work. He is talented, and he can do so much good there.” Abhira looks unsure. “I can’t make him do anything he doesn’t want to,” she replies. “He’s already successful at what he does.” Vidya shakes her head. “We need him at the Poddar firm,” she says firmly. “It belonged to his family. Armaan can bring new ideas.” Abhira folds her arms. She says, “I do want him to grow, but not if it makes him unhappy.”
Vidya sighs. “I understand your concern, but sometimes we do things for the greater good. Armaan might say no at first, but I believe he’ll change his mind. The firm needs him.” Abhira stares at the floor. She is torn between supporting Vidya’s plan and respecting Armaan’s wishes. “I don’t know if he will listen,” she says, shaking her head. “He does not like the way Kaveri runs the firm.” Vidya places a hand on Abhira’s shoulder, her voice calm but firm. “Give him a chance. Let him decide once he hears everything.” Abhira sighs again. She thinks about how Armaan often feels upset whenever the topic of the Poddar firm comes up. She also knows that Kaveri and Armaan do not always see eye to eye. Still, she listens to Vidya. Deep down, Abhira wonders if this could be a chance for Armaan to connect with his roots. Maybe he could help change things at the firm. But for now, she nods and keeps these thoughts to herself.
Scene 2: Kaveri’s Will and Sanjay’s Suggestion
Across the house, Kaveri sits in a chair, going through some official papers. Sanjay stands nearby, looking at her with worry. He finally speaks, “Kaveri, have you thought about including Armaan and Abhira’s future baby in the will? This child will be part of our family.” Kaveri’s face remains serious. She replies, “No, I don’t want to talk about that. I do not plan to include them or their child.” Sanjay arches an eyebrow, surprised by her blunt tone. “But once they have a baby, your feelings might change,” he suggests gently. “Babies can melt even the toughest hearts.” Kaveri shakes her head. “I’m certain. Once the baby arrives, Armaan and Abhira will leave this place. That’s how I see it.” She clutches the papers in her hand, as if to underscore her point. Sanjay tries again, “What if they don’t leave? You might grow fond of your grandchild.” But Kaveri does not budge. “I don’t want to discuss this further,” she insists. “Stop focusing on what-ifs. There is a family firm to manage. You handle the work part, and I will handle the personal matters.”
Sanjay sighs and runs a hand through his hair. He knows Kaveri can be stubborn. “Kaveri, I think you’re being unfair. Armaan has his own life, but he is still part of this family. So is Abhira.” Kaveri takes a breath, her shoulders tense. “My focus is on the firm. I don’t want anyone who questions my decisions. Armaan always blames me for many things. Why should I welcome him into my plans?” Sanjay tries to calm her down. “He’s your son. Abhira is going to be the mother of your grandchild. The will is about your family’s future.” Kaveri stands, setting the papers aside. “I will think about the future in my own way. Please stop telling me to change my mind.” Sanjay steps away, knowing further argument will not help. He leaves Kaveri alone with her thoughts. She sits back down and pulls the stack of documents closer, her face set. Despite his words, she is not ready to bend.
Scene 3: Surrogacy and Ruhi’s Determination
Meanwhile, Abhira sits with her head lowered. She feels sad and unsure after hearing about Kaveri’s will. Armaan notices her worried look and asks, “What’s bothering you?” Abhira tries to speak, but words seem hard to find. Finally, she whispers, “I’m scared about our surrogacy plan with Ruhi. I keep wondering if she is strong enough. Maybe it’s too much for her.” Just then, Ruhi enters the room. She overhears their discussion. “Do you think I’m weak?” she asks Abhira, her voice firm. “I’m doing this because I want to help. This baby will be a new life. It means a lot to me.” Abhira looks at Ruhi with concern. “I appreciate what you’re doing, but I saw how your husband, Rohit, felt. I’m worried you only agreed because he was okay with it. And now, you might face challenges alone.” Ruhi stands tall. “Even if Rohit changes his mind, I won’t. I believe this baby will bring happiness. I want your support and Armaan’s support in this.” Armaan speaks softly, “Ruhi, we care about you. We don’t want you to feel forced into anything.” Ruhi smiles a little. “I am certain about my decision. I am not doing this out of pity or pressure. I want to help you both. I know how much you’ve lost.”
Abhira takes a deep breath. She reaches out and touches Ruhi’s hand gently. “Thank you,” she says, her eyes full of gratitude. “You are risking a lot for us. You’re giving us hope.” Ruhi nods. “I’m giving the baby a safe place to grow. That’s all. If I ever face a problem, I will tell you both.” Abhira glances at Armaan, who offers a small smile in return. He says, “We promise to be here for you. We won’t keep secrets. We’ll share our worries too.” The three of them—Abhira, Armaan, and Ruhi—take a moment to breathe. They realize they are bound by this plan and by their love for the baby that will soon arrive. In a quiet way, they form a little team. Each of them hopes this child will heal old wounds and bring new joy. By the end of their talk, Abhira feels less afraid, Ruhi feels stronger, and Armaan nods in agreement. They trust one another, even though the future is still unknown.
Scene 4: Job Loss, Family Firm Tensions, and Kaveri’s Surprise
Later that day, Armaan notices Abhira looking thoughtful. He asks, “Why aren’t you heading to work?” She sighs. “I lost my job,” she explains. “The position was only for a trial period. They wanted me to start right away, but I had too much happening here. When I said I couldn’t join immediately, they fired me.” Armaan’s face falls. He reaches out and says, “I’m so sorry. This feels like my fault, with everything going on.” Abhira shakes her head. “Don’t blame yourself. I chose to stay home for our surrogacy plans, and also because I’m worried about family matters. Focus on your own work.” Armaan nods, but he still looks guilty. Just then, Vidya appears. She overhears their chat and looks at Armaan. “Why are you planning to be a businessman? You’re a good lawyer. You have a gift. Don’t waste it.” Armaan frowns. “I don’t want to join the Poddar firm,” he replies. “I’ve seen how Kaveri treats people. She never gave Shivani the respect she deserved. After Shivani passed away, Kaveri created more problems.”
Vidya steps closer. “What if you joined to fix those issues? You could make the firm better.” Armaan shakes his head. “I can’t be around her. She only thinks about herself. She wouldn’t listen to my ideas.” He crosses his arms, looking away. Madhav, who has been standing near the door, speaks up. “The firm first belonged to your father. Kaveri may be in charge now, but it was never just hers.” He sounds frustrated. “She has made too many decisions on her own. Maybe it’s time someone stood up.” Armaan sighs. He loves his father’s legacy but hates the tension. Then, to everyone’s surprise, Kaveri steps into the room. She looks at Armaan with a firm expression. “I want you to join the firm,” she says plainly. “There is a place for you there. And I don’t want any more arguments.” Abhira and Armaan exchange shocked glances. They never expected Kaveri to open that door. Nobody speaks for a few seconds. Finally, Armaan says, “Are you sure?” Kaveri nods, still looking serious. It is hard to tell if she truly changed her mind or if she has another plan. But for now, the news leaves everyone stunned. It might be a new start, or it might bring more problems. Only time will tell.
The Episode Ends Here
Precap: Vidya shows Armaan a lawyer’s suit that once belonged to Rohit. She tells him to wear it and take Rohit’s place at the firm. Abhira feels uneasy about this and thinks Vidya should not force him.
