Kailash Vajpeyi was born on 11 November 1936, in Hamirpur. Vajpeyi pursued his education with a strong focus on literature and language. He obtained a bachelorโs degree in Hindi literature from Allahabad University, followed by a masterโs degree in the same subject. His academic pursuits provided him with a solid foundation in Hindi literature, which he later built upon through his extensive research and writing.
