Special Campaign 2.0 for Disposal of Pending Matters (SCDPM) and Swachhata Drive being conducted in Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship

The Special Campaign 2.0 for Disposal of Pending Matters (SCDPM) and Swachhata Drive is in full swing at the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship.

The objectives of the campaign are to minimize dependency, institutionalize swachhata, strengthen internal monitoring mechanism, train officials in document management, digitize physical documents for better document management and bring all ministries/departments on one single digital platform: www.pgportal.gov. in/scdpm.

During the said period, 11,000 physical files were examined and 864 files were disposed of, 61,380 public complaints and grievances were resolved, 35 cleanliness drives were conducted, 5,054 square feet of space was freed and Rs.24 was earned ,49,293/- from scrap disposal.
