SpaceX Deploys Falcon 9 Rocket Carrying 28 Starlink Satellites

Meanwhile, the second stage of the rocket continued its ascent to deploy the satellite payload.
One hour after liftoff, the upper stage reached its intended orbit and released the 28 satellites. Over the next few days, these satellites will maneuver into their operational positions. Once settled, they will integrate with the existing Starlink megaconstellation, which currently consists of over 7,200 satellites.
