Kali makes a dark prediction. Everyone’s going to suffer from high fever now. Somewhere else, Brahmadev voices his concerns to Lord Narayan. They need to act, don’t they? Lord Narayan’s response is measured—without a signal from Bholenaath, their hands are tied. They can’t intervene. Vaidya Vishwanath stands beside Bhola, worry etched across his face. This is exactly what he feared would happen. Bhola’s running a fever. The vaidya blames himself entirely for this development. What should he do now? He asks Bhola directly, searching for answers.

A villager discovers Bhola’s condition and realizes this news needs to spread fast. He rushes to inform everyone—Bhola’s got a fever, and something else happened too. Mata came upon Bhola’s body during this illness. Devi Parvati decides she’s done waiting. She sits down to meditate, creating a direct connection to speak with Bholenaath. Her question cuts straight to the point: why is he pushing her away like this? Bholenaath’s answer reminds her of their eternal bond. They’re Shiv Shakti—they’ll be together until the very end. But right now? He needs to protect the world by himself. He asks her to be patient through this trial.

When Reality Bends and Breaks

Diti’s mind works through the puzzle. Bhola isn’t your average kid, that much is obvious. Still, she refuses to admit defeat against a child—she’s Asur Mata, after all. She moves closer, trying to listen in on the conversation between Bhola and Vaidya Vishwanath without being detected. Bhola catches her watching. He shifts forms right there, taking on Bholenaath’s appearance. Diti’s reaction is immediate shock. Two Bholenaaths? Her mind rejects what her eyes are showing her. This can’t be possible. She turns and runs.

But running doesn’t help. Bholenaath’s everywhere she looks. What kind of trick is this, she demands. Then things get worse—every single villager she sees transforms into Bholenaath. She’s completely surrounded by countless versions of him. (The “Bum Bhole” song starts playing, which honestly makes this scene even more intense.) They all move toward her at once. Diti screams. Then she snaps back to reality—it was all in her head. She stands there trying to figure out if what she experienced was illusion or truth. Looking around, she spots Vaidya Vishwanath still treating Bhola like before. She finds Kali immediately and tells him what she discovered. Bhola is actually Bholenaath. Kali dismisses this outright. That’s impossible, he says.

The Fever That Binds Gods

Back in the village, Bhola notices something alarming growing on his body. Jwarasur’s power has him trapped, bound by invisible chains. Jwarasur realizes his power isn’t spreading to anyone else like it should. Something’s blocking the transmission. Bhola cries out in pain. Devi Parvati hears that scream from wherever she is. Worry floods through her. She runs toward the village without hesitation. Lord Narayan, Kartikeya, and Ganesh chase after her, following close behind. When Devi Parvati reaches the village, she discovers a shield covering the entire area. Brahmadev explains—Bholenaath created this barrier himself.

How can she just leave when Shiv’s facing this alone, Devi Parvati asks. Lord Narayan tells her not to question this, to trust in Bholenaath instead. If Bholenaath doesn’t want them present, he’s got his reasons for thinking that way. They should respect his wishes and leave rather than interfering with his divine play. Diti finds Kali again. She told him already, didn’t she? Bhola is Shiv. And right now, Bholenaath’s trapped by Jwarasur’s fever—which means they’re winning this battle.

Jwarasur’s confused about Bhola’s identity. Who is this kid really? Bhola shifts into Bholenaath’s full form right in front of him. Then he changes back to his child form and somehow appears directly in front of Jwarasur. Jwarasur demands to know how Bhola reached this place. Nobody can get here. Bhola’s explanation is simple—Jwarasur gave him the fever, and that created the connection that allowed him to arrive.

The Episode Ends Here

Precap: Bholenaath tells Jwarasur to prepare for his end. He opens his third eye and burns Jwarasur with its power.
