Project Super 50 Empowers Aspirants at NCSC Event in New Delhi

The National Commission for Scheduled Castes (NCSC) held the inaugural session of “Project Super 50,” a Civil Services Examination Guidance Programme, at its headquarters in New Delhi. This initiative is designed to support aspiring civil servants with the tools and insights they need to pursue their dreams effectively. The programme emphasized the themes of guidance, mentoring, and empowerment.

Inspiring Guidance from Leaders

The event featured Chief Guest, Hon’ble Governor of Tripura, Shri Indrasena Reddy Nallu, who addressed the audience of civil services aspirants. He shared valuable advice on essential topics, including preparation strategies for the Civil Services Exam and a brief history of civil services in India. His insights aimed to illuminate the path for candidates preparing for these competitive exams.

NCSC Leaders Share Insights

Shri Kishore Makwana, Hon’ble Chairman of NCSC, elaborated on the Commission’s formation, its mandate, and its empowering role in the community of Scheduled Castes. Encouragement resonated from Dr. Parth Biswas, Hon’ble Member of NCSC, who urged the youth to embrace Dr. B.R. Ambedkar’s famous motto: “Educate, Organise, Agitate.” Shri Vaddepalli Ramchander, another NCSC member, reinforced the importance of perseverance in the pursuit of civil services.

Providing a practical perspective, several senior IAS and IRS officers shared their experiences and strategies for exam preparation. Their stories offered a glimpse into the realities of administrative life and effective study techniques. Shri Gudey Srinivas, Secretary of NCSC, also provided aspirants with crucial tips to enhance their examination readiness.
