Focus on Citizen-Centric Services

The conference will emphasize government process re-engineering to enhance citizen-centric services. During the sessions, project officers will present four innovative initiatives that utilize emerging technologies to improve public service delivery. These presentations will provide valuable insights into how technology can streamline processes and make services more accessible to citizens.

Additionally, the conference will include a presentation on the Prime Minister Awards for 2024 and a discussion on the National Conference on e-Governance.
