Selected applicants will benefit from not only financial support of up to ₹10 lakh but also from mentorship, networking opportunities, and resources to develop their unique solutions.

- The startup should be based in a Tier-II or Tier-III city and must be less than two years old
- No applicant should have received over ₹10 lakh in financial assistance for the same project from government sources
