Mass Singing of National Song Marks ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ Launch
In a vibrant celebration of patriotism, officers from the Union Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change gathered today at Indira Paryavaran Bhawan in New Delhi for a mass singing of the National Song, ‘Vande Mataram.’ This event commemorates the song’s 150th anniversary and is part of the government’s ‘Har Ghar Tiranga 2026’ campaign, which encourages citizens to embrace the national flag and its significance.
Leading the event was Secretary Shri Tanmay Kumar, who emphasized the importance of both cultural heritage and environmental stewardship. Following the communal singing, the Secretary led a tree plantation drive, reinforcing the Ministry’s dedication to environmental conservation and sustainable development.
