Today, it boasts expanded railways, waterways, and road networks. “The Northeast is no longer on the periphery but is central to India’s growth story,” he remarked, celebrating the region as a vital contributor to the country’s development.
The festival adopts a collaborative “Whole of Science” approach, uniting all science ministries and policymakers. This model extends to a “Whole of Government” strategy, ensuring that the central government and Assam’s administration work in harmony for the festival’s success.
