Chirag Paswan to Inaugurate 8th Edition of the F&B Trade Exhibition
The Indusfood 2025 exhibition is set to take place from January 8 to 10, 2025, at the India Exposition Mart Ltd in Greater Noida. This event will be inaugurated by Shri Chirag Paswan, the Union Minister of Food Processing Industries. Indusfood is recognized as Asia’s premier annual food and beverage (F&B) trade exhibition. Organized by the Trade Promotion Council of India (TPCI) with the support of the Department of Commerce, Government of India, this year’s edition marks a significant milestone. It will debut as an integrated farm-to-fork trade show, showcasing the entire food supply chain.
A Grand Showcase of Global Participation
Indusfood 2025 will host an impressive lineup of 2,300 exhibitors from over 30 countries. The exhibition will cover more than 120,000 square meters of space, making it a substantial event in the F&B sector. Organizers expect to welcome over 7,500 international buyers and 15,000 Indian trade visitors. This diverse participation will create a vibrant atmosphere for networking and business opportunities.
The event will also feature various segments, including the fourth edition of Indusfood Manufacturing and the inaugural Indusfood Agritech. The former will focus on food processing technology, packaging technology, and hospitality technology. The latter will showcase advancements in agricultural technology, fisheries technology, and dairy and poultry farming technology. These additional events will take place from January 9 to 11, 2025, at Yashobhoomi Dwarka in New Delhi.
Fostering Synergies Across the Value Chain
The format of Indusfood 2025 is designed to promote seamless synergies across the farm-to-fork value chain. By hosting three concurrent trade fairs, the event aims to facilitate meaningful business expansion and provide invaluable market insights. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in targeted knowledge-sharing sessions, allowing them to discover innovative solutions and forge strategic partnerships.
This integrated approach is crucial for staying ahead in the rapidly evolving global F&B landscape. It enables participants to connect with key stakeholders, including farmers, technology providers, and global markets. The event promises to unlock synergies that can revolutionize the F&B sector, paving the way for a more sustainable and prosperous agricultural future.
A Platform for Culinary Excellence
Indusfood 2025 will also feature the prestigious Asia Presidentโs Forum for the first time in India. This forum, in partnership with the Indian Federation of Culinary Associations (IFCA), will bring together over 30 presidents of national chef associations from across Asia. In addition, two mega summits focusing on food manufacturing and agritech will be held alongside the exhibition.
The event will witness participation from 35 international chefs and 100 Indian delegates, alongside professionals from the Delhi NCR region. This diverse international audience, including hosted buyers from over 100 countries, presents Indian food companies with a unique opportunity to reach beyond the Indian diaspora.
Shri Mohit Singla, Chairman of TPCI, emphasized the importance of Indusfood in bridging gaps between farmers, technology providers, and global markets. He stated, โIndusfood not only enhances trade opportunities but also directly improves farmer incomes by creating access to better markets and value-addition opportunities.โ
Indusfood 2025 embodies this transformative vision, promising to unlock synergies that can significantly impact the F&B sector.
