Ajai Kumar Shukla brings over 30 years of extensive experience in the housing and mortgage lending sectors. Prior to joining PNB Housing Finance, Shukla held a prominent leadership position at Tata Capital Housing Finance Limited, where he made significant contributions over 16 years. His career has encompassed a variety of pivotal roles, spanning business growth, credit oversight, risk management, and digital transformation. His earlier professional stints include influential roles at ICICI Bank and LIC Housing Finance Limited.
