NTPC Wins ET HR World Future Skills Awards 2023

NTPC Received Prestigious Economic Times (ET) HR World Future Skills Awards 2023 for ‘Best Use of AI/AR/VR in Skills Learning and Updating’ and ‘Best Progress in Building Extended Enterprise Learning Program’ . Director (HR), NTPC, Shri Dillip Kumar Patel received the awards on behalf of NTPC during a program held at Gurugram on 13th July 2023.

These awards are testament to NTPC’s focus on adopting cutting-edge technologies such as virtual reality (VR) in learning and development (L&D). They reflect NTPC’s commitment to developing the proficiency level of its employees and outsourced workers through training and development initiatives such as iGuru which includes virtual reality (VR) based training. Additionally, NTPC has also introduced several other innovative training initiatives such as GPiLearn, FutureSkills courses and Samarth modules.

NTPC has adopted and institutionalized the best and advanced HR practices, which have been recognized by various prestigious forums nationally and internationally.

Shri Sital Kumar, CEO (UPL) and ED (HR); Ms. Rachana Singh Bhal, GM (PMI); and Shri AK Tripathi, GM (RLI), Sipat and other senior leaders were present during the awards ceremony.
