Upcoming IPOs Set to Launch on Dalal Street Next Week, Aiming for Rs 2,600 Crore in Investor Funding

Five companies are preparing to launch their initial public offerings (IPOs) next week, aiming to raise nearly Rs 2,600 crore from the primary market. The IPOs will include EAAA India Alternatives, SFC Environmental Technologies, M K Sons Fine Jewels, BLS Polymers, and Bombay Coated and Special Steels, with subscription windows opening between October 26 and October 29. These offerings will provide investors access to sectors such as alternative investments, polymers, steel processing, wastewater treatment, and jewellery retail.

Details of Upcoming IPOs

EAAA India Alternatives, a subsidiary of Edelweiss Financial Services, will open its Rs 1,200-crore IPO on October 26 and close on October 28. The price band is set at Rs 1,585-1,665 per share, valuing the company at Rs 10,765 crore at the upper end. This issue is entirely an offer for sale (OFS) by the Edelweiss Group, meaning the company will not receive any proceeds. It has already secured around Rs 360 crore from anchor investors.

SFC Environmental Technologies, which specializes in wastewater treatment solutions, will launch its Rs 668-crore IPO, closing on October 29. The price band is Rs 313-330 per share, valuing the company at approximately Rs 3,233 crore at the upper end. The offering includes a fresh issue of equity shares worth Rs 150 crore and an OFS of up to 1.57 crore shares by promoters and existing shareholders. Proceeds from the fresh issue will be allocated for debt repayment and working capital needs.

M K Sons Fine Jewels Ltd will open its Rs 275.4-crore IPO on October 28, closing on October 30. The price band is Rs 153-162 per share. This issue consists of a fresh issue of 1.36 crore equity shares and an OFS of 34 lakh shares by promoter Ramchand Murlidhar Raimalani. The net proceeds will fund inventory for a new showroom in Maharashtra, expand an existing showroom in Gujarat, and cover certain borrowings and general corporate expenses.

BLS Polymers Ltd will launch its Rs 255-crore IPO on October 27, with the issue closing on October 29. The price band is set at Rs 142-150 per share, comprising a fresh issue of 1.7 crore equity shares. Of the proceeds, Rs 77.56 crore will be used to expand its manufacturing facility, while Rs 89.5 crore will address working capital requirements. The remaining funds will be allocated for general corporate purposes.

Bombay Coated and Special Steels Ltd will open its Rs 183.1-crore IPO on October 29, closing on November 2. The price band is Rs 78-82 per share, and the offering consists entirely of fresh equity shares. The company plans to use Rs 125 crore for debt repayment and Rs 15.7 crore for acquiring capital equipment under existing lease arrangements with Siemens Financial Services. The remaining proceeds will be directed towards general corporate purposes.

More Companies in the IPO Pipeline

Several other companies are also preparing to enter the primary market, including Gujarat Victory Forging, Milestone Gears, Avaada Electro, Swara Baby Products, Integris Medtech, and AGS Health, according to merchant bankers. These companies are expected to announce their price bands and IPO launch plans by November 5, ahead of the extended Diwali holiday period in Gujarat. Business activity in the state may be affected by the post-Diwali observance of Labh Pancham from November 6 to 15.

The upcoming IPOs follow a busy month for the primary market, which recently saw Jio Platforms launch the largest public issue in the country, valued at Rs 30,213 crore. So far in 2026, 104 companies have raised over Rs 1.4 lakh crore through IPOs, reflecting ongoing activity in the primary market. The five upcoming offerings are expected to contribute to this trend as companies seek to raise funds and existing shareholders aim to monetize their holdings.
