Agrinnovate India Ltd. Holds AGM and Signs MoUs for Agricultural Growth
The 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and 71st Board Meeting of Agrinnovate India Ltd. took place on September 24, 2026, in New Delhi. This significant event marked the signing of Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) between the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) and three prominent industry partners: Pidilite Industries Ltd., Venkateshwara Hatcheries Pvt. Ltd., and Everest Instruments Pvt. Ltd.
The newly formed partnerships aim to harness corporate social responsibility (CSR) resources to support public-benefit initiatives within agriculture and its related sectors. The gathering was attended by notable dignitaries, including Dr. M. L. Additionally, the collaborations will work towards digital innovation, capacity building, nutrition-sensitive agriculture, biofortification, food processing, and value-chain development.
