Johnson, a caregiver for her disabled grandson, shared her frustrations about the limited time allotted for appointments, often just ten minutes, which she found insufficient for addressing complex issues. Similar experiences have been reported nationwide, where short office visits and redirected phone calls leave claimants feeling unsupported and overwhelmed.
