Scene 1: Family Feuds and Last-Minute Decisions
Swarna turns to Manish and asks him to join her at the baby shower for Ruhi and Abhira. But Manish shakes his head firmly. He refuses to step into the Poddar house because of Abhirโs past behavior. โToo much has happened,โ he says plainly. Abhir overhears this and steps forward. He tells Swarna, Surekha, and Manish that he wants to attend the event for Ruhi and Abhiraโs happiness. Surekha scoffs, but Abhir insists they must set aside their old grudges. โThis is not about us,โ he says. โItโs about them.โ His words make Manish pause. After a moment of silence, he nods. โFine,โ he mutters. โIโll go.โ
Meanwhile, Abhira and Ruhi are getting dressed for the event. Ruhi looks at herself in the mirror and sighs. โAbhira, I canโt take Armanโs coldness anymore,โ she says. She begs Abhira to talk to him so she can visit the Goenka house again. Abhira agrees to try, though she doesnโt promise results. At the Poddar house, the family starts preparing for the celebration. Arman watches Abhira from a distance as she gets ready. He seems lost in thought.
Scene 2: Arrivals, Old Ties, and Unspoken Tensions
The Goenkas arrive at the baby shower. Manish feels uneasy and apologizes to Manisha and Manoj for bringing Abhir along. โI didnโt want to cause trouble,โ he says. Kiara greets everyone with a smile. Manish, trying to sound warm, tells her she can still call him โfatherโ like before. But Kiara shakes her head. โThatโs not possible anymore,โ she replies. Inside, the baby shower ceremony begins. Some guests whisper about Abhira sitting next to Ruhi during the ritual. They accuse her of mocking tradition. Ruhi overhears and snaps. โWhy canโt she be part of this?โ she demands. She pushes for Abhira to participate, creating a small commotion.
Abhira, sensing the discomfort, steps back. โRuhi, you do it alone,โ she says. Nearby, Kiara and Abhir exchange awkward glances, neither knowing what to say. Aryan breaks the tension. โLetโs take a break from rituals,โ he suggests. โLetโs dance and enjoy ourselves.โ Slowly, the guests start moving to music. The Poddars and Goenkas share moments of laughter and joy, all to make Ruhi feel celebrated. As the music plays, Abhira watches the families interact. She thinks quietly to herself, โRuhiโs child will grow up with so many people around them. Thatโs something I never had.โ
Scene 3: Traditions, Defiance, and Shared Joy
After the dancing, a doctor approaches Abhira. He hands her a note about Ruhiโs medication and asks her to collect it. Abhira informs Ruhi and leaves the event to handle it. Arman notices Abhira leaving. He wonders why she left so suddenly. โWhat could be more important than this?โ he thinks. Back at the function, Ruhi learns about the sweet-feeding ritual. She gets excited and asks everyone to join in. Swarna calls Kaveri forward to start the tradition. Just as Kaveri is about to feed Ruhi the first bite, Arman steps in. โStop,โ he says firmly. Everyone freezes. No one expected Arman to interrupt the ritual. Silence fills the room as all eyes turn toward him.

Precap: Later, away from the crowd, Arman speaks to Abhira. โNo matter how long we hide it, the truth always comes out,โ he says. Abhira disagrees. โWe have to keep this hidden from Ruhi,โ she insists. Both know how much it could hurt her. But even as they argue, Ruhi finds something unexpected โ a diary. Curious, she opens it and starts reading. Her face changes as she reads the words inside. She looks up at Arman and Abhira.
