Vice President Unveils Book on Justice Gavai’s Legal Insights
At a significant event held at Uprashtrapati Bhavan, Vice President of India, Shri C. P. Radhakrishnan, launched the book titled “The Voice of Justice: Justice Gavai Speaks.” This volume, edited by Prof. (Dr.) S. Sivakumar and published by Thomson Reuters in collaboration with the Commonwealth Legal Education Association (C.L.E.A.), showcases the impactful speeches, lectures, and reflections of former Chief Justice of India, Justice B.R. Gavai.

In his address to the attendees, Vice President Radhakrishnan described the book as an essential constitutional document. He emphasized that it encapsulates judicial thought shaped by experience, responsibility, and constitutional discipline.
