The Vice President, Shri M. Venkaiah Naidu has greeted the nation on the eve of Christmas today. Following is the full text of his message in English & Hindi –
“My warm greetings and best wishes to all Indians on the auspicious occasion of Christmas, the celebration of the birth of Lord Jesus Christ.
Christmas is a festival that reaffirms our faith in the values of love, compassion, and forgiveness. As we celebrate the birth of Lord Jesus, let us cherish the values he symbolized. Let us be more considerate to those who are less fortunate and do our best to build a better world on the foundations of peace, tolerance, and harmony.
May this Christmas bring boundless joy in our lives.”
