John Polanyiis a Canadian scientist. He was awarded the Nobel Prize in Chemistry. John Polanyi was born on January 23, 1929, in Berlin, Germany. John Polanyi pursued his higher education at the University of Manchester, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in 1949. He continued his studies at the University of Toronto, obtaining his Ph.D. in Chemistry in 1952.
