Tecno Launches Pova 7 5G and Pova 7 Pro 5G Featuring Dimensity 7300

Tecno has officially launched the Pova 7 5G series in India, with sales commencing today. The lineup includes two models: the Pova 7 5G and the Pova 7 Pro 5G, both featuring the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Ultimate processor and robust 6,000mAh batteries. Notable for their innovative Delta Light interface, these smartphones provide users with customizable notification alerts and are equipped with Tecno’s Ella AI assistant, which supports multiple Indian languages. To celebrate the launch, Tecno is offering attractive bank-related discounts for early buyers.

Tecno Pova 7 5G Series Price in India, Offers

The Tecno Pova 7 5G is available in India starting at Rs. 12,999 for the 8GB + 128GB configuration. An upgraded version with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage is priced at Rs. 13,999. These introductory prices are part of a limited-time offer that includes various bank discounts. The device comes in three color options: Geek Black, Magic Silver, and Oasis Green.

In contrast, the Tecno Pova 7 Pro 5G is priced at Rs. 16,999 for the 8GB + 128GB variant and Rs. 17,999 for the 8GB + 256GB model. This model is available in Dynamic Grey, Geek Black, and Neon Cyan. Tecno is also providing a six-month no-cost EMI option for both smartphones, which can be purchased from Flipkart starting at 12 PM IST today.

Tecno Pova 7 5G Series Features, Specifications

The Tecno Pova 7 Pro 5G boasts a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a resolution of 1,224ร—2,720 pixels, a 144Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 4,500 nits. Meanwhile, the standard Pova 7 5G features a 6.78-inch full-HD+ LTPS IPS display with a resolution of 1,080ร—2,460 pixels and a brightness of 900 nits.

Both models are powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Ultimate SoC, paired with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage. They run on HiOS 15, which is based on Android 15. In terms of photography, the Pova 7 5G is equipped with a 50-megapixel primary rear camera, while the Pro variant features a more advanced 64-megapixel Sony IMX682 main sensor along with an 8-megapixel secondary sensor. Both models include a 13-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies.

The Pova 7 5G series is powered by a substantial 6,000mAh battery, supporting 45W wired fast charging. The Pro variant also offers 30W wireless charging capabilities. A standout feature of both devices is the Delta interface, which includes an LED light strip around the rear camera module. This innovative design can respond to music, provide notifications, and indicate battery charging status, enhancing the overall user experience.
