Each apartment boasts a carpet area of 1,511.15 square feet, complemented by an 81.16 square foot private balcony. In total, the three units cover approximately 4,776 square feet. The transaction was officially registered on April 21, 2026, with the buyers paying Rs. 2.16 crore in stamp duty and Rs. 90,000 in registration charges. The project is currently under construction, with possession expected by December 2028. Additionally, the deal includes six dedicated parking spaces, enhancing the convenience of the new homes.
