Sadbhavana Diwas observed with pledge taking in DEPwD
‘Sadbhavana Diwas’ is observed nationwide on 20th August every year, but as this year falls on a Sunday, the taking of Sadbhavana Pledge has been organized today i.e. 18th August 2023 in all government offices.
DEPwD officials led by Secretary Shri Rajesh Aggarwal took the ‘Sadbhavana Pledge’ today at 11.00 am in the conference hall of Antyoday Bhawan, CGO compound.
This Diwas is observed to promote national integration and community harmony among people of all religions, languages and regions. The idea behind observance of this Day is to avoid violence and to support goodwill among people.
