Prime Minister extends greetings on World Sanskrit Day

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi extended his greetings on the occasion of World Sanskrit Day. Shri Modi also commended all who are fond of Sanskrit. To celebrate, the Prime Minister invited everyone to share a sentence in Sanskrit.

In a series of X posts, the Prime Minister said;

“I wish you all the best on World Sanskrit Day. I congratulate everyone who is passionate about this. India’s relationship with Sanskrit is unique”.

“Greetings for World Sanskrit Day. I commend all those who are passionate about it. India has a very special relationship with Sanskrit. To celebrate this great language, I urge all of you to share a Sanskrit phrase. In the post below I will also share a sentence. Don’t forget to use #CelebratingSanskrit.”

“India will host the G20 summit in the coming days. People from all over the world will come to India and get to know our best culture. #CelebrateSanskrit”
