Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi met with His Majesty Norodom Sihamoni, the King of Cambodia, who is on his first state visit to India from 29 to 31 May 2023, today at the Rashtrapati Bhavan.
The Prime Minister and His Majesty King Sihamoni stressed the deep civilizational ties, strong cultural and interpersonal ties between the two countries.
The prime minister assured His Majesty of India’s determination to strengthen the bilateral partnership with Cambodia in several areas, including capacity building. Your Majesty thanked the Prime Minister for India’s ongoing development cooperation initiatives and expressed her appreciation and best wishes for India’s G-20 Chairmanship.
