The President of India, Smt Droupadi Murmu, will visit Goa from 22 to 24 August 2023.
On 22 August 2023, the President will attend a civic reception to be hosted by the Government of Goa in his honor at Raj Bhavan, Goa. For the occasion, he will also distribute ‘Sanad’ under the Forest Rights Act to selected beneficiaries.
On August 23, 2023, the President will thank the 34th Convocation of the University of Goa AND interact with members of Goan tribal groups a Raj Bhavan, Goa. On the same day he will also address the Goa Legislative Assembly in Porvorim.
