This sale marks Zinta’s second property deal in just four months, highlighting her active engagement in the real estate market.
Details of the Recent Sale
The apartment, located in the Rustomjee Parishram building, spans approximately 1,770 square feet. Official records indicate that the sale was registered on March 2, 2026. The new owners, Priya Nagar and Rajeev Nagar, are US citizens of Indian descent. As part of the transaction, they paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.11 crore and a registration fee of Rs 30,000. This sale follows Zinta’s earlier property transaction in November 2025, where she sold another unit in the same building for over Rs 14 crores. That apartment, measuring around 1,474 square feet, was also situated on the 11th floor.
Background on the Property
The apartment sold in this latest transaction was allotted to Zinta in April 2025, following the redevelopment of her previous residential building. The redevelopment was part of an agreement between the housing society and developer Keystone Realtors, known for the Rustomjee brand. According to CRE Matrix, the allotment of the apartment was formalized under a redevelopment agreement, which provided Zinta with what is termed as Permanent Alternate Accommodation. This agreement was executed on October 23, 2023, ensuring that Zinta received her new residence as part of the redevelopment project.
