PM thanks World Leaders for their greetings on 77th Independence Day

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi thanked world leaders for their greetings and good wishes on the 77th Independence Day.

In response to a tweet from the President of the Republic of Maldives, the Prime Minister said;

โ€œThank you for the Independence Day greetings, President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih.โ€

Responding to a tweet from the Chief Minister of Bhutan, the Prime Minister said;

“Gratitude for wishes on our Independence Day, PM Bhutan Dr Lotay Tshering.”

In response to a tweet from the Nepal Prime Minister’s Office, the Prime Minister said;

“Thank you, PM Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda for your warm wishes.”

In response to a tweet from the French president, the prime minister said;

โ€œThankful for your kind wishes, President Emmanuel Macron. I fondly remember my visit to Paris and appreciate your passion for strengthening India-France ties.โ€

In response to a tweet from the Prime Minister of Mauritius, the Prime Minister said;

โ€œThanks to Prime Minister Pravind Kumar Jugnauth for his kind regards.
