The Chief Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, condoled over the loss of life in a bus crash in Ganjam district, Odisha. The PM announced an ex-gratia from PMNRF of Rs. 2 lakh to the next of kin of each deceased and Rs. 50,000 for the wounded.
The Prime Minister tweeted;
“Sorry about the bus crash in Ganjam district, Odisha. Condolences to those who lost loved ones. May the wounded recover soon. An ex-gratia of Rs. 2 lakh from the PMNRF would be given to the next of kin of each deceased. The wounded were reportedly given Rs. 50,000: PM”
